Salesforce Evaluations
This is almost always the first step in the Training Process. Using a completely independent tool we determine a persons strengths, weaknesses and more importantly the reasons for those weaknesses.

When we look at the strengths and weaknesses of the sales force as a whole, we develop insights to mistakes you've made in the hiring process.  We can determine how "trainable" each individual is and what potential results may come from our training. This enables us to customize training, not just to your industry, but to each individual.
