Do your sales organization performance metrics measure relative effectiveness of the sales organization in key areas including sales growth, sources of sales growth, quota achievement and turnover?
This note is long overdue since I took your sales training classes about 10 years ago. What you taught me in those classes has stayed with me and helped me tremendously all these years. I am not in a conventional sales position now, but as you have always said, we are always selling and that is definitely true. Thank you for sharing so much wisdom and being inspiring.
